Chemical Screw Feeder is used to transportpowder, granule and nubbly bulk material,unsuitableto feed perishable, glutinous and lumpish material. It is available for tansporting horizontal ,vertical ad incline direction .

Screw Feeder is applied in the following industry:

.Here the screw feeder is applied in chemical powder production lines.

The Screw Feederconsists of main three parts, 1. drive device,2.screw body,3.charge & discharge chute.

• The screw body is made up ofhead bearing, tail bearing, screw flight, casing body, cover and frame,etc.
• The drive device consists of reducer, sprocket, chain and frame. This is how it works.
• When the shafts with screw blade rotate in the chute, the bulk materials are fed into the chute and screw blade is held back by the frication resistance acted on the wall of chute during running, the screw blade push the material and make the material do axial movement.
• The material can be discharged at the proper outlet at the bottom of chute or transport out at the end of chute. Screw Feeder is belong to LS Screw Conveyor Series with simple construction, be able to feed and discharge in many positions, it is easy to operate, have good seal capability and protect environment.
