Horizontal, four tie rods, hydraulic system, PLC for electric power, semi-automatic control, easily operated, automatic holding die slide and automatic charging into container.

Features:
This aluminum extrusion press is equipped with variable piston pump which can automatically control the output of pump according to the change of pressure. Electric power consumption is low and oil temperature does not easily rise up. Speed control is also available. Thus, it can have best operating efficiency.

Our special design is double shears:
Square shears which are durable and not easily oblique and hydraulic shear knocker is attached.

1. PLC control system: we have excellent experience in Japan MITSUBISH and SIEMENS PLC, Japan Porface touch screen; as clients' requirement, any other kind of PLC and TOUCH SCREEN is possible on our machine;

2. Pumps: GERMAN REXROTH pums

3. Main cylinder: Single piece forged cylinder with heat treatment, extra-long service life, perfect machining ensure a zero trouble service life;

4. Tie rods: Single piece forged steel, enlarged design, beautiful layout, extra-long service life;

5. Front platen: Casting or forged as your requirements, extra-large thickness to ensure a rigid overall structure of the machine, the open for the profiles exit lining with H13 steel;

6. Container locking cylinders: total four pieces locking cylinders, give a strong locking and opening force, stable and comfortable container moving;

7. Die loader: double cassette design;

8. Machine seat: extra-rigidity design, weld jointing parts, with back fire treatment;

9. All hydraulic valves are REXROTH, other electrical parts are SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER OR OMRON.
