2.Vibration System:

a. the vibration system has 2 parts, table vibration and head press vibration. table vibration, driven by the hydraulic motor, makes the compress force in an instant to 90kn, makes the vibration system get the horizontal force; head press vibration, driven by the 2 imported high performance motor, so as to it makes the vibration system get the vertical compress force. So horizontal force and vertical compress force makes the vibraion spreading evenly around the products, shorten the moulding cycle, improve the strength.

b. consists of 1 high speed cylinder and 2 sychronous cylinders, high speed cylinder makes the head press descended and lifting quickly; synchronous cylinder keeps the head press descended and lifting balance.

c. usng high performance Q235 steel, adopts the fixtue positioning welding by the experienced technicican, seriously tested by the QC, uniform appearance without air hole or leak welding, to prevent the machine from the vibration damage, working stable and safe.

d. swings back and forth for feeding mateials evenly, adjust for all different kinds of materials, easy for cleaning the mould.

3.Electrical system:

Electric control system adopts PLC programmable controller, equipped with data input/output device, the control system including security logic control and fault diagnosis system. Hydraulic control system with large capacity of oil casing automatic pressure with regulating variable system, high and low voltage control system, synchronization of ejection device. Combination of technology, make the equipment operation each cycle is consistent, thus forming products high stability, scrap rate low.

4. Hydraulic System:

a. Hydraulic valve ( Calyca, Taiwan) to adjust the flow and the speed of oil, to promise the machine working stable

b. adopts the imported combination of sealing system, to make sure the hydraulic unit working stable and smooth bcz of 100% connected closely, no leaking at all.

c. cooling system to prevent the machine from higher temperature damage during working.

Equipped with cooling system, can guarantee the oil temperature and viscosity of the whole hydraulic system is more stable, reliable, and the use of advanced oil filtration system, the more can guarantee the service life of hydraulic components and hydraulic system stability.
