Application and main design features OF Electro hydraulic drum brakes:

1.YWZ2 series industrial electro hydraulic brakesare widely used in hoisting, transportation, metallurgy, mines, ports, and civil construction as brake gears of various machines.

2.The connection dimension and brake torque meet the requirement of JB/ZQ4388-1977. Technical conditions meet JB6406.2-2006.

3.YWZ2 series industrail electro-hydraulic brakesuse the Ed pusher as its driving device.

Its advantages: multiple installation, high operating frequency, smooth braking, adjustable braking torque ,friction liner are easy to change, long service life, no noise.

4.Such device can be added on this series brake upon request of the user.

Operating Conditions of Electro hydraulic drum brakes:

1.Electro hydraulic drum brake workes temperature: -20 °C - 40°C.

2.Working environment of electro hydraulic drum brake must be free of combustible, explosive and corrosive gas.

3.The air relative humidity of industrial brake is not more than 90%

4.Sea level altitude for application accords with GB755-2000 standard.

5.Mainly used for the power with 3phase ,50HZ, 380V (we can provide the products according to the customers requirements which suit for 60HZ or different voltage, so please inform us before you order if there is a special request).

1.Main swinging articulation is equipped with the self-lubricating bearing ,the transmission efficiency is high, in use without lubrication.

2.Manual release is equipped which is convenient for maintenance.

3.Automatic compensation device can realize the automatic compensation when the brake linings are worn.

4.The interlocking equal clearance device can avoid adherence of the brake lining on the brake drum.
