High moisture material crushing machine

I.Application

High moisture material crushing machine is used in the production of organic fertilizer to crush all kinds of materials with high water-content such as straw, sludge, barks, manures, humic acid, etc. It is especially good for crushing fermented organic fertilizer raw material. The range of water content of the raw material can be 30%. The finished products can be lower than 0.5mm in diameter.

II.Working principles:

The machine has two rotors. The first rotor crush bigger materials into smaller granules, and the second rotor continue to grind the granules into powder. Then, it was discharged.

III.Advantages:

1. The design without bottom screen stops the material from blocking up.

2. The hammer is made of wear-resistante alloy and the hammer leaf is made by forging method.

It is more firm and solid than normal hammers and has a long service lifespan.

3. The crushing machine adopts dual-direction gap adjusting technique.

4. It only requires one single worker to operate.
