1. Functions

1.1 Pile Driving Function: TDB230 Highway Guardrail Pile Driver and Extractor is intended for installing and maintaining the road safety barriers. It is also used for the photovoltaic installation, solar cells and solar panels installation.

1.2 Pile Extracting Function: With the same equipment and hydraulic system for extracting poorly driven or incorrectly positioned posts or road maintenance work, it is a professional machine for extracting the posts out of any conditions of ground.

2. Features

2.1 TDB230 Highway Guardrail Pile Driver and Extractor is composed of chassis, upper column, hydraulic system, hydraulic hammer, diesel engine, electric system, cooling system, control system, post driving and extracting equipment. It has the characters of quick and exact positioning, compact size, lightweight, self-propelled, quick moving, humanized design, easy operation, high efficiency and low price.

2.2 When you use a tow truck or trailer to tow the machine to the working site by the towing device with high speed, first you need to lay down the upper column by hydraulic system, then put the switch of clutch with the traveling roller chain at the right position. The up and down, longitudinal and transverse shift, horizontal slide and rotation of the column are realized through hydraulic system.

2.3 The hydraulic hammer is installed onto the upper column and be downward and upward along the track of the column for pile driving and extracting working by hydraulic system. When extracting guard rail posts, the extractable supporting foot is hydraulically positioned on the ground, for enhanced stability and safe pile extraction.

2.4 It has very famous brand diesel engine Changchai with electrical starting equipped, which has a stable performance, simple operation and maintenance and very long service life.

2.5 The control system is equipped with multiple directional control valve and centralized hydraulic control rods which makes the operation simple and convenient.

2.6 It can install piles up to 3m (9.84’) in length, but on request the machine can be supplied with extension columns which can install piles up to 3.5m (11.48’) or even 4m (13.12’) long.

2.7 The equipment does not need to turn the direction during driving and extracting the guardrail posts on both sides because of its 360° rotating device.
