FNE series (Jiangsu Famous Brand) needled felt filter bag

FNE needle felt is one of our high-tech products. By mixing and carding more than 2 kinds ofhigh temperature resistant fibersinto fiber layers, needle punching those layers repeatedly, the high-performance and high temperature resistant filter material is finally formed with the feature of three-dimensional pore-forming. This filter material has the advantages ofhigh temperature, corrosion resistant, anti-abrasion and folding, as well aslong durability.

In case of different chemical treatment and finishing treatment crafts, the filter felt can be water and oil resistant, using for the collection of high flow rate and high density fume dust.

FNE compounded needle felt is compounded by the fiber layers which are formed through the process of mixing and carding of aramid, glass fiber, and high temperature resistant media. FNE is excellent in the anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-abrasion, as well as the stableanti- hydrolysis.
