DF241C High Temperature High pressure Zipper dyeing machine

1.Application:

This machine is used for dyeing and bleaching all kinds of bobbin yarn with the material of cotton,polyester,nylon,wool,hemp and blended yarns.

2.Specification:

Pls inform the modle of dyeing machinen and the cone yarn layer quanty.A means air-pad type,and F means full filling type.For example,DF241C-145-6A:DF241C means the dyeing machine model,145 means the machine diameter is 1450mm,and 6A means is has 6 cone yarn layers.

Standard Spindle diameter is 48mm,and 30mm round spindle is only for 6 layers of cone dyeing machine.Proper spindles will match the other models of machines.

The quantity of cone yarn is caculated according to the order of cones with out diameter of 165mm and height of 152 mm in the dyeing machine.The max capacity of the dyeing machine is caculated according to the weight of each cone yarn of 1.2kg.If the cone yarn size and weight change,then the cone yarn quantity and max machine capacity will change accordingly.

This dyeign machine can have the suitable aditional tank according to the customers' request,so that the dyeing process can be shorter.
