Technical Parameter:

DF241B series dyeing machine is mainly suitable for dyeing cotton,hair,polyester fibre,polyacrylic fiber,nylon,wool,linen cotton,zip fastener,and various blended yarns.It can dye yarn in different forms when used with various creels,such as bobbin yarn,reeled yarn,warp beam yarn and loose wool etc.DF241B dyeign machine has the following function:

1.Air [ressurizing type

Bath ratio is adjusted according to the variety of yarn ad dyeing process,or it can be selected by adjusting dyeing bath volume,greatly saving the energy source,water,steam.

2.Full fulling type

This machine has chemical material system(mixer and chemical material tarrel),.pressurizing and material loading system(auxiliary pump),internal and external dyeing liquor circulatiou system(cooler).During dyeing process the fabric porcessing requirements can be met under room temperature and high pressure and high temperature and high pressure featuring wide application and good dyeing chroma and luminosity.

3.Dyeing machine automation

This machine is of automation to various extent to meet various requirements.Range from Simple control of temperature rising and lowering according to operator's clew to automatic control o er loading vessel and dosage system operation with exceptionwith exception of yarn inlet.Outlet and sampling dyeign vat.

4.Safety and convenience

This machine uses self-sealing of pot rim.Combination safety device of pneumatic pot rim locking and pneumatic pot cover oepning and closing device,being of easy and reliable operation.
