Application:

GR206 series high temperature high pressure zipper dyeing machine is specially used for dyeing zippers,straps and lace with coil or tube winding.

6.Heating exchange method:applying coiled heat exchanger or exte4rnal heat exchanger speed of heat exchange:when vapor pressure is 0.5Mpa,and dye liquor rises from 20°c to 130°c,itrequires 40 mins fro the dye liquor to decrease from 130°c to 80.

7.Method of dye liquor circulation:equipped with reversing flow adjusting device,with cylinders adjusting both forward and reversing circulation of dye liquor.
