Pyrolysis System

cracking reactor: The raw materials such as used tyre, scrap plastic and waste rubber are pyrolyzed in the reactor. It is 245R boiler steel.

Heavy Oil System

1.Gas separate: Because of the gravity, so when oil gas goes into this tank, the impurities will fall down at the bottom of this tank.

2.Water oil separation tank: Through this tank, the heavy oil which is asphalt will fall down, then cleaner gas will go up and water fall down. This will increase the oil yield 5%.

Cooling System

Cooling system will decide the oil yield rate. we use cooling pool and cooling pipes.

(1) 10 cooling pipes in the cooling pool. Each one is 10 meters. So the cooling length is 60 meters.

(2) Each diameter of each pipe is 219mm. So the total cooling area is about 41 square meters, which will guarantee you a high oil yield rate.

(3) Special cooling system. Our cooling system is cooling pool with cooling pipes. The cooling pipes are circular, so the cooling length is about 60 meters. If it is condenser which needs electricity, out of electricity suddenly, there are a lot of oil gas in the condenser, it will be dangerous. Most important is that if it is out of electricity, our cooling system can also work.

Waste Gas Recycle System

The tank is not only waste gas recycle tank, but also anti back-fire device. So it is an safety device.

Deduster System

(1) Desulfurization deduster. If you use coal to heat up the reactor, there will be some sulphur in the smoke. So the function of desulfurization is to remove the sulphur.

(2) Water film cyclone. The function of it is to remove the dust and smoke.
