The whole machine consists of rollers, support bearing, tension part, adjusting part and driving system.

The machine adjusts the product size by wedge part or spacer. When pulling upward the bolt on wedge, the gap between rollers will be larger and smaller if downward.

If using spacer to adjust the product size, it mainly increase the final size by increase the spacer thickness.

When running, the motor drives rollers to rotate oppositely through belt. Raw materials are fed into machine through hopper. After crushing, the materials will leak from the bottom.
