Series Closed-Type Two-Point High Speed Precision Press

MAIN PROPERTIES;

1. Suitable for automatic high speed continuous punching processing of motor rotor and stator sheet and precision electronic parts.

2. is adopted. The main components are optimized designed based on finite element static analysis, modal analysis and fatigue analysis, which ensures that the press is capable of enduring long-period continuous work under high speed running.

3. The body adopts detachable frame structure and cast iron material. Four fastening screws adopting hydraulic preloading technology are used to fasten the divided parts. The frame has the features such as good rigidity, less deformation and good damping capacity. It can meet the requirements of long-period precision processing.

4. Five-point eccentric shaft support structure is adopted, which helps to endure larger impact load. The support and connecting rod adopt rolling shaft, which helps to maintain the precision of long-period reciprocating motion.

5. The slide center guiding system adopts guiding post and sleeve structure lined with composite wear resistant material. It can completely eliminate the side force produced by the motion of connecting rod, and thus ensure the kinematic accuracy and service life of slide.

6. The slide side guiding system adopts a composite structure made up of linear guide roller and sleeve and copper alloy bush, which ensures the flexibility and precision of the motion of slide, and large capacity of eccentric loading resistance.

7. A dynamic balance mechanism made up of assistant slide and balance cylinder is adopted to counterbalance the inertia produced by the reciprocating movement of slide and upper die, reduce the vibration and noise, prolong the service life of die and improve the working environment.

8. The shut height adjusting screw adopts hydraulic locking technology, which ensures the BDC precision of slide.

9. Combined type pneumatic dry friction clutch-brake is applied. It has large torque and is convenient to maintain.

10. Forced continuous circulating lubrication device is applied, which ensures that the thermal deformation of the press is minimized.

11. Variable-frequency speed adjusting technology is adopted. The SPM is continuously adjustable. The energy saving result is apparent.

12. The redundancy control technology including dual control valve is adopted, which ensures higher safety.

13. The press is equipped with independent electrical control box, moveable working table, color LCD touch screen and PLC. It has menu-type operation prompt, automatic fault detecting and alarming function. It is convenient to operate and reliable in performance.
