1. General intoduction

High speed mixing granulator is the new generation of wet mixer granulator, developed on the old model with adopting new technologies, shows the perfect integration of equipment and process. Working principle is, powder material and adhesive mixed into wet soft material by bottom mixing oar, then cut into wet uniform granule.

2. Technical characteristic

High speed mixing granulator: 1) Adopt horizontal cylinder structure, make material roll frequently and quickly during mixing process, reach a perfect mix effect.

2) PLC control, display by touch screen. Control the setted parameter automaticly. Via the inverter, insure a steady mix speed, and then get the uniform granule.

3) Drive with air filled seal shaft, and when cleaning, can change with water.

4) Special designed mix oar, make the least material stick on the inner wall, and easy for removing the adhesive material.

5) Fluidization granulation, make the product with good fluidity and suit for next process, such as tablet pressing, granulating.
