High Speed Mixer (Granulator)

Working Principle
The powdery material and adhesive in the cylinder are mixed fully at the bottom to become humid soft material. Then, cut by high-speed crusher and turns into uniform granules.

Characteristic:
a. Horizontal cylinder structure.
b. pneumatic sealing, When washing, could be switched to water.
c. Fluidized Granulator, granulation similar to sphericity. Good Fluidization.
d. Compare with traditional processing, could save 25% adhesive, shorten drying time.
e. Each batch, two minutes for mixing the dry material, 1-4 minutes for granulating, high efficiency.
f. The whole processing will be finished in one sealing container
mixing dry material→mixing humid material→granulating. Meet GMP standard.
