High-speed Flexographic Printing Machine with Ceramic Anilox is used to print all kinds of plastic packing materials as polyethylene film, polypropylene film, BOPP film, Aluminum foil , cellophane and roll paper, etc, it has good printing quality with accurate color registration.

Performance and Characteristics:

1. The machine is controlled by PLC and easy operation, flexible starting, accurate color register.

2. Equipped with ceramic anilox rollers to keep the high printing quality.

3. The meter counter can set printing quantity according to the requirements. Stop the machine automatically at the quantity or when the material is cut off.

4. Equipped with bevel gear wheels so that the machine runs smoothly in low noise.

5. Auto tenstion controllers on the unwinder station and rewinder station, so that the printed material can move in good condition without wrinkling.

6. Equipped with air shafts on the unwinder station and rewinder station, so that it is easier to load and unload the roll materials.

7. Equipped with hydraulic EPC (hydraulic edge guider ) on the unwinding station, so that the unwinder film can move in right way.

8. Hydraulic printing cylinder lift and lower, is will stir the printing ink automatically after lifting.

9. Reliable drying system coordinated with high-speed rotation, it will automatically break circuit when the machine stops.

10. 360°continuous and adjustable longitudinal register device.

11. The frequency inverter to control the motor.

12. Equipped with doctor blades, which can save the more printing ink and guarrantee the printing quality.

13. Equipped with ink circulation pumps to keep the printing ink in liquid condition.
