Function and Characteristics:

The complete machine is designed and manufactured according to high requirement of reliable and safe functions.The operation is humanity designed,it can be setting,correction, performing,replacement,memory in a short time,and display the exact digit.

All the transmission rollers adopt high quality steel materials,hard chromium plating and the surface treated by grinding.

The transmission gears adopt 40Cr high grade alloy steel,by heated treatment and grinding finished(Hardness>60HRC).

All the drive axles and adjustment axles adopt keyless connection,reduce connect clearance,to insure the color process printing (especially multi-color printing) more accurate.

Lubricate oil automatic balance device,keep the equal oil level between each unit.

The machine adopt PLC control,have automatic zero return and memories etc functions ( touch screen with PLC control can be choose by customer).

Cardboard lead edge feeding(servo motor lead edge feeding mode can be choose by customer).

Cardboard feeding part can frequency adjust the vacuum absorb air volume to suit for different cardboard size.

Steel anilox roller or ceramic roller can be choose by customer,and the lines of the anilox roller will be adopted according to customer requirement.

Main technology parameters:

Function of feeding part(lead edge feeding):

Continuous or skip cardboard feeding,counting device is installed.

Thefeedingroller is rubber with cylinder cushioning device,precise and reliable feeding,will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard when the feeding space is small.

The left-right baffles position adopt electrical digital control,(here can add automatic pneumatic aligning device),the back baffle box adopt electrical adjustment,the front baffles space is synchronous manual adjustment.

Brush dust-removal equipment and dust-absorption blower can clean the surface dust of the cardboard,it can adjust the wind volume accord to the cardboard size.

Each unit is electric walking with warning bell,to insure the operator safe.

Electronic counter can set up the production quantity,when get to the production quantity,automatic warning.(if choice the touch screen control,the touch screen will display the production quantity).

Function of printing part:

The printing roller adopt seamless steel tube,the surface is treatment by grinding,hard chromium plating,balance correction,operate smoothly.

Quickly replacement printing plate device,foot switch for electric control the printing roller’s clockwise and anticlockwise running.

The feed roller,press roller,rubber roller and anilox roller space adjustment all adopt self-locking structure.

The phase of the printing rollers adopt PLC and electric digit input mode 360°adjustment,it can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.

The transversal moving of thee printing roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment,accord the error to input the adjust digit,the adjust scope is ±10mm.

The printing phase fix device,cylinder brake organ,when the units separate or washing,the brake device will stop all the units gears running and keep the original location of the gears.

The anilox roller adopt the automatic pneumatic control up and down device which synchronous with the cardboard feeding system.(when the cardboard is feeding,the anilox roller of each printing unit will automatic orderly go down.when stop feeding,the anilox roller will automatic go up.)

Pneumatic membrane pump inking,automatic circle,water washing.

Printing plate cleaning memory function,after washing the printing plate,the printing roller will running back to the original printing position.

Function of slotting part:

With pre-creasing wheels for prevent the cardboard rupture while creasing.

Single roller with double knives slotting,the carton height adjustment adopt PLC and electric digital input mode.(optional:PLC with touch screen adjustment)

The phase of slotting adopt PLC and electric digital input 360°adjustment,accord the error to input the adjust digit,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop. (optional:PLC with touch screen adjustment)

The slotting knives seat and the line creasing wheels transversal movement adopt electric synchronous adjustment(optional:PLC touch screen adjustment,input the size of the carton directly into the touch screen,will be automatic adjusting).

Creasing space and knife roller space adjustment adopt self-locking structure.

The carton height adjustment have an anticollision device for the slotting knives,will not destroy the machine.

An anticollision device is used while the slotting knife seat transversal movement.(electronic formula)

The width of slotting knife is 7mm,adopt alloy steel material,by heat treatment and grinding,tooth-edge slotting knife and two-piece edge revise knives,are sharp edge,and high precision.

The hole and handle tool as an option.
