Functions and features:

1: This machine is composed by feeder, printer, slotter, die cutter, stacker five components.

2: Feeder has lead edge feeder or kick feeder.

3: Equipped with high-pressure vacuuming device, can sweep off scraps of paper and impurities on the printing face of cardboard.

4: The distance of Anilox roller and rubber roller is electrical adjustment.

5: Printing roller axial moving is electrical adjustment.

6: Transmission gear use good quality alloy steel, after carburizing and quenching, use spray lubrication and oil way balance system.

7: Use spray lubrication and oil line balanced system.

8: Use PLC touch screen multifunction controller. Host machine, fan, phase motor and so on are all using frequency conversion control.

9: Slotting unit is electric adjusting each part sizes of the carton box.

10: Stacker unit front pneumatic go up and down, back photoelectric tracking, auto going up.

Feeding Unit:
1: Lead edge feeder:

1 Four-line types lead edge feeder, feeding stable and accuracy.

2 Left and right side baffle, front baffle electric moving, And set with uniform cardboard function.

3 Feeding rubber roller use elastic floating institutions, reduce the damage of feeding roller to the cardboard.

4 Equipped with skip cardboard feeding function. Counter shows the production quantity, Speed counter show the producing speed.

5 With brush dedusting high-pressure vacuuming device , can clear the impurities on the cardboard, improve the printing quality.

6 Electric control the back cardboard supporting bracket high-low and moved forward and backward.

Kick feeder:

1 Kick type suction feeder systems, can adjusting the air quantity according to the cardboard bending degree.

2 Side baffle, kick cardboard, back baffle station electric adjusting, and set with uniform cardboard function.

3 Cardboard feeding slider, kick cardboard use aluminium alloy material, rolling bearing movement, light weight, low noise, no-impact and so on.

Printing unit:

1 Use plate-hanging organization. Load and unload the printing plate can use foot switch or electric control positive and negative rotating.

2 The distance of Anilox roller and rubber roller is electric adjusting.

3 Equipped with air pressure type auto go up and down device cooperating with feeding system(Feeding, Anilox roller go down to touch the printing plate, stop feeding, Anilox roller go up and separate with the printing plate).

4 Printing phase use frequency converter, touch screen control and electric digital 360 degrees adjusting(running and stopping are both adjustable).

5 Have wiping printing plate memory function.

6 Printing roller axial electric moving, left and right adjusting distance are ±7mm.

7 Transmission roller, printing & pressing roller, rubber roller, Anilox roller, distance adjusting use self-locking organization.

Slotting unit:

1. Slotting phase use frequency converter, touch screen control and electric digital 360 degrees adjusting (running and stopping are both adjustable) and with reset function, and can store orders.

2. Use single roller double knives slotting, creasing wheel and slotting knife plate are same size, creasing effect is better.

3. Up creasing roller packed with rubber cushion, will not damage cardboards.

4. Creasing wheel, slotting tool apron sides way synchronous adjusting, electric control.

5. Slotting knives use alloy steel material, after heat treating, and grinding tooth form, knife thickness is 7mm.

Die cutting unit:

1. Rubber cushion roller, wooden die roller both use high quality steel material, surface grinding and hard-chrome plating.

2. Wooden die roller and rubber cushion roller under free running condition, Through the cylinder eccentric device automatic withdraw can reduce machine noload load and rubber cushion wear.

3. Equipped with air pressure type auto go up and down device cooperating with feeding system(Feeding, rubber cushion roller go down to touch the printing plate, stop feeding, rubber cushion roller go up and separate with the printing plate).

4. Mechanical type transmitting rubber cushion roller left and right moving 58mm, and equipped with subject to the speed difference compensation device, when rubber cushion roller diameter change, can auto compensation linear speed.

5. After wearing, the rubber cushion roller can be repaired, keep the rubber cushion surface flat.

6. Equipped with belt transmission waste-clearing device, can send the waste to outside of the machine.

Stacker unit

1. Cardboard -receiving arm can be operated by hand or automatically, set with safety unit, prevent the cardboard-receiving arm dropping suddenly, ensure the safety of the operator.

2. Machine tool platform go up and down with strong force chain driving.

3. The height of piling is 1600mm.

4. Machine tool platform is automatically leaning height with the cardboard piling height, Lifting motor, with braking function, keep the fixed position of the machine tool platform, no sliding.

5. Air pressure type lifting cardboard organization, The cardboard receiving tray will automatically extend and receive the cardboard while the cardboards are piled to the preset height.

6. The surface corrugated belt can prevent the sliding of the cardboard.
