High speed flexo printer die-cutter machine

Function and characteristics:

The complete machine is designed and manufactured according to high requirement of reliable and safe functions.The operation is humanity designed,it can be setting,correction, performing,replacement,memory in a short time,and display the exact digit.

All the transmission rollers adopt high quality steel materials,hard chromium plating and the surface treated by grinding.

The transmission gears adopt 40Cr high grade alloy steel,by heated treatment and grinding finished(Hardness>60HRC).

All the drive axles and adjustment axles adopt keyless connection,reduce connect clearance,to insure the color process printing (especially multi-color printing) more accurate.

Lubricate oil automatic balance device,keep the equal oil level between each unit.

The machine adopt PLC control,have automatic zero return and memories etc functions ( touch screen with PLC control can be choose by customer).

Cardboard lead edge feeding (servo motor lead edge feeding mode can be choose by customer).

Cardboard feeding part can frequency adjust the vacuum absorb air volume to suit for different cardboard size.

Each part electric separate,pneumatic lock,general lock pneumatic, sustained bell warning when going,ensure the operator safe.

The start and stop by different rings for attention.

Main machine start button are both hands to ensure the operator safety.

In front,middle and the end,are set the urgently stop switch.

When the machine with electric,waiting to run,running or unusually,are separately by different indicator lights(LED three colours indicator light)

Each unit sets inner urgent stop switch,can inner stop the unit to electric movement,ensure the inner operator safe.

The complete machine electrical equipment adopt the famous brand of international,the complete machine return to zero,wipe printing edition memory and the seting advance function,printing slotting phase zero,advance adjustment and precise adjustment,phase change adjustment functions are let the phase of the printing and slotting adjustments short time and high precision.

Steel anilox roller or ceramic roller can be choose by customer,and the lines of the anilox roller will be adopted according to customer requirement.

Function of feeding part:

Adopt lead edge feeding, absorbing auxiliary cardboard feeding,can make the cardboard feed favoringly.The volume of wind can be adjusted accord the camber of the cardboard.

(Optional:kick feeding)

Continuous or skip cardboard feeding,counting device is installed.

The feeding roller is rubber with cylinder cushioning device,precise and reliable feeding,will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard when the feeding space is small.

The left-right baffles position adopt electrical digital control,(here can add automatic pneumatic aligning device),the back baffle box adopt electrical adjustment,the front baffles space is synchronous manual adjustment.

Brush dust-removal equipment and dust-absorption blower can clean the surface dust of the cardboard,it can adjust the wind volume accord to the cardboard size.

Each unit is electric walking with warning bell,to insure the operator safe.

Electronic counter can set up the production quantity,when get to the production quantity,automatic warning.(if choice the touch screen control,the touch screen will display the production quantity).

Function of printing part:

The printing roller adopt seamless steel tube,the surface is treatment by grinding,hard chromium plating,balance correction,operate smoothly.

Quickly replacement printing plate device,foot switch for electric control the printing roller’s clockwise and anticlockwise running.

The feed roller,press roller,rubber roller and anilox roller space adjustment all adopt self-locking structure.

The phase of the printing rollers adopt PLC and electric digit input mode 360°adjustment,it can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.

The transversal moving of thee printing roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment,accord the error to input the adjust digit,the adjust scope is ±10mm.

The printing phase fix device,cylinder brake organ,when the units separate or washing,the brake device will stop all the units gears running and keep the original location of the gears.

The anilox roller adopt the automatic pneumatic control up and down device which synchronous with the cardboard feeding system.(when the cardboard is feeding,the anilox roller of each printing unit will automatic orderly go down.when stop feeding,the anilox roller will automatic go up.)

Pneumatic membrane pump inking,automatic circle,water washing.

Printing plate cleaning memory function,after washing the printing plate,the printing roller will running back to the original printing position.

Function of die-cutting part:

The rubber roller adopt mechanical screw control the left and right position movement.The movement distance is 40mm.

The phase of the die-cutting roller adopt PLC and electric 360° digit adjustment,accord the error to input the adjust digit,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.( Option: PLC with touch screen adjustment)

The transversal moving of the die-cutting roller adopt PLC and electric digit input adjustment, input the adjust digit accord the error,adjust scope is ±10mm.( Option: PLC with touch screen adjustment)

The space adjustment between rubber roller and die-cutting roller adopt self-locking structure,with cylinder big scope quickly adjust,decrease the rubber wear,increase the rubber life.

The space adjustment between the feed rollers adopt self-locking structure.

The unique speed compensation device can make the rubber roller roll running with the die plate roller,make the surface speed of the rubber cushion roller is completely controlled by the die pattern ,the shape of the carton sheet will absolutely equal to the die pattern.

There is rubber repair device with the machine,the rubber can be used after repaire many times.

Function of stacking part:

Receive paper can by hands dyadic automation of hand movement adjustment.
Receive paper speed and paper feeding speed synchronous , also can ajust receive speed alone

Stack height 1700 mm.
The strength chain drive the bed platform promotion and demotion.
Receive paper platform matched the pendent protect device ,insure the operator safety.
Pressure action receives paper hanging board, receives cardboard protruding voluntarily to lift cardboard when the cardboard stacked to the certain height.

The flat surface wrinkle belt, prevents a cardboard gliding.
Receive arm belt adjusts degree of tightness alone , do not astrict by the belt length.
