1.Description of spray dryer

The high-spedd centrifugal spray dryer is a special equipment and is suitable for drying emulsion,suspending liquid,liquor and so on.Particularly it has unique for drying polymers and resins,dyestuff and pigment,ceramics,glass,derust agent,pesticide,carbohydrate,dariryproducts,detergent and surfactant,fertilizer,oranic compound,inorganic compound and so on .

2.Features of spray dryer

• spray dryer's dry-speed is very quick.Usually,it needs 5-15 seconds.It has feature of momentary drying.
• Because raw material can be dried momentarily.Especially ,it is suitable for drying thermal sensitive raw materials.It can maintain color,flavor,and smell of raw material.
• The product has good uniformity, mobility and solubility products of high purity, good quality.
• The production process is simplified, convenient control. For special materials for a moisture content of 40-60% (90%) of the liquid can be dried into a powder or grain products, after drying without crushing and screening, to reduce the production processes, to improve product purity.
• On product particle size, bulk density, moisture, within a certain range by changing the operating conditions to adjust, control and management is easy

3.Working principle of spray dryer

Air through a filter and heating, entering the dryer top of the air distributor, spiral hot air evenly into the drying chamber. The feed solution via the top of the tower body high-speed centrifugal atomizer (rotating) spray into a very fine mist of droplets with hot air cocurrent contact for the finished product may be dried within very short time. Finished continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone output, the exhaust gas is evacuated by the fan .
