Description:

This is an example of machine which adopts cassette replacement to make alternative profile, there's positioning pins designed on each cassette and machine base for convenience of profile changing. Each profile equipped with one shearing blade, operator need to replace shearing blade when changing cassette accordingly or the independent shearing device is equipped on the roll former. The gear box transmission allows to roll form raw material up to 4mm.

Machine components:
The machine mainly consists of decoiller, guiding device, leveling device, punching device, cassettes of roll formers, straightening device, shearing device and run out tables.

Working process:
Decoilling →leveling→punching→roll forming with cassette shifting→straightening→cut to length→run out table
