One: Equipped with 3 drilling heads and 2 tufting heads;

Two: Equipped with three high speed drilling heads: hole diameter from3.0mmup to8.0mm, and tufting tools from min.3.0mmup to8.0mm. It's selective.

Three: Tufting methods: round nails or flat nails;

Four: Three types of platform can be chosen as follows:

1. Platform for radial, parallel and radial/parallel tufted brushes

2. Platform for bowl brushes and semi-spherical brushes (such as toilet brushes and dish-washing brushes)

3.Platform for tubular industrial brush or hair brush

Five: PLC and Touch Panel Control System, displays in either Chinese or English, the operation is flexible and convenient.

Six: Allow to save 1000 procedure and easy for the creation of new models

Seven: Our machine can produce either one color or two color brush, and can drilling or tufting separately

Eight:With 10.4 inch colorful LCD screen, 640*480 lattice

Nine: The system adopt four-wire resistive touch screen, make the operating more convenient and direct

Ten: Convenient to adjust position of holes with the hand wheel.

Eleven: Safe to operate. With alarming function, the system will give an alarm and stop to run when the machine fails.

Twelve: Convenient to find the specific program by choosing the program number.

Thirteen:Standard designed circuit reduces the line interference and makes sure send the correct signal.

Fourteen: You can confirm whether the hole position is right by step test after the program is saved.

Fifteen:The spare parts are made by standard ,it makes change and service more convenient

Sixteen:Equipped with central lubrication device.

Seventeen: Type & Brand of Driver/Motor: Panasonic servo motor by default, can adopt some brand motor & driver requested by users

Eighteen: replaceable fixture: FMS type. It can be easily changed to make other kinds of brushes.

Warranty period and after sales:

One year. In the warranty period, if there are some troubles with the machines the manufacturer should send engineers to repair or replace the parts freely (expect for easy broken parts). But you need pay the come and back tickets.

About after sales we have whole life repair this machine, but you need pay the cost (ticket, hotel, food).

Technology for installation

According to the demand of buyer, our factory sends the engineers to guide to install and debug. But the charge in the buyer’s site and the traveling should be paid by buyer (including the cost of living, the round-trip ticket etc...)
