Automatical Wire Feeding machine (Wire Decoiler)

XD Series Automatical wire decoilers are specially designed to match the CNC Spring Coiler; however, it's also suitable for other spring coiler. It can adjust the feeding speed automatically during working to make the feeding speed of the feeding rack the same as the same as the speed of the spring coiler. It will give an alarming signal and stop automatically whenever there is wire block on the feeding tray. This machine is easy to operate and convenient to use.

Wire feeding system

To maintain the cleanliness of feeding servo motor to prevent oil and gas, and dust fall into the servo motor or encoder, resulting in mechanical damage.
At least every six months for maintenance or in accordance with the number of machine production, and replace the line feed operation at the same time.
Implementation of machine maintenance jobs, follow these steps:

1. Make sure the power is turned off.
