Principle of emulsifying machine

Through the rotation of the motor at full speed, the spindle is driven to rotate, and the blade in the emulsification tank will make the liquid in the tank sucked into the loop tank after flowing into the guide impeller at the upside and downside of the tank, then rotate at a high speed around the spindle; it continuously makes emulsification cutter and frame work in cutting and crushing at a high frequency and with great strength, then through continuous blending process, completes the homogenizing emulsification treatment in a very short period.

In the manufacturing technology of high viscosity emulsifying materials especially cream and ointment etc. Materials, the common problem is that during the blending, the products are mixed with air, which will cause product aerification, bacteria pollution and ocidation, leading to bad quality of finished products.
