Airflow sawdust drying machine

Airflow drying machine for making charcoal also called pipeline type dry machine, adopting

twice circulate heating system, is our newly developed advanced drying equipments, and show

the features of automatic feeding, high hot airflow speed,fully mixing of airflow and materials,

big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity. Moisture in the raw materials of less

than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly

reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used drier.

Material to dry:

Particular material as rice shell, saw dust, and ground wood chip, tree branch, wood bits, etc,.(Diameter is less than 3mm; Length, 5mm

How to use :

1. The cubic box is a stove which used to produce heat. fuel furnace and turn on fan, when the wind

temperature reach to 150 °C high, putting material for drying

2. Put fertilizers in feeding mouth

3. the bending pipe is main drying systems

4. the fan system is used to suck heat wind from stove and thus drying the materials in pipe at the

same

time.

5. dust removal is used to get the materials clean.

Rotary drum sawdust drying machine

Description :

Wet material is loaded from one head of the dryer, and then it is stirred by the bafflers

that is uniformly distributed in the barrel. Material is uniformly distributed and dispersed

in the dryer, fully contact the hot air of parallel (or counter) flow, so the drying process is expedited,

and the impulsion power of media transfer is enhanced. During the drying process, material is

under the effect of angled baffler and hot air, moves to the star shape unloader that is at the other head of the driver.

Features :

The motorization level of the barrel is high, and the production capacity is high. The resistance that the material

passes through the barrel is less, and the power consumption is low. Application capability to different characters

of materials is high. The operation is stable, the operation fee is low, and the uniformity of product drying is good.
