Working Principle of Wood briquette machine

Making bar process is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.

The self bonding of biomass to form a bar involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature.

Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density bar.

We adpote ceramic heating wire,and heat briquette equally,enhance the quality of the briquette.

Material requirements of the wood briquette machine:

Materials selection:sawdust,sugar cane,rice straw,rice stalk,bamboo,corn/cottonhusk,all the agro-forest waste,etc.

Moisture:8-12%.

Size:3mm ~ 5mm.

The process for producing charcoal briquette

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
4. Carbonized the briquette stick
