Introduction of mining filter machine

This Filter machine is used to dehydrate nonferrous metal (such as gold, copper, zinc, etc) and nonmetallic ore (such as sulfur, phosphorus, talc fluorite, etc). Also it is able to filter materials like coal perator and separate uneasily precipitated suspended soli-liquid.

This machine is a drum type, top feed, outer tube type, permanent magnetic vacuum filter. It is mainly applied to the dehydrate.

Working principle of mining filter machine

The internal cylinder is equipped with strontium ferrite permanent magnetic system, which can contribute to the rapid adsorption of magnetic particles to the surface of the filter cloth. As a result of top feed, the concentrates can be layered by particle size more obviously. When the magnetic concentrates form a filter cake, the particles are affected by gravity and magnetic force.
Coarse-particle concentrates move more quickly than fine-particle concentrates to the filter cloth, and the coarse-particle concentrates first contact with the filter cloth, so the air permeability of the filter cake is good, The magnetic particles in the ore pulp are attracted to the surface of the drum by magnetic force in radial shape, and the changes in magnetic polarity cause magnetic stirring. All these are propitious to the easy dehydration of the filter cake. This machine significantly improves the productivity rate, about 4 times of the vacuum filter in same specifications.
