Chemical gypsum (mainly is desulfurized gypsum and phosphogypsum ) will be the main construction gypsum material from now on and it is our main technique and equipment developing project of our company. Our technique has been more and more perfect after 3 years technique reserve and experience of more than 20 projects .The total finished capacity of production lines has reached 2 million tons which makes our company at the top in our countrys industry. We have designed different proposals separately for the annual capacity below 50 000 tons and above 50 000 tons . For the customer who need annual capacity below 50 000 tons ,we design one step technique which is of low cost and simple workflow .while for the above 50 000 tons we design 2 steps technique which is designed very reasonable and has good equipments. Both technique can produce qualified and stable products . To cater to the heat resource in the power plant which uses vapor ,we have developed the calcinations plan with vapor as the heat resource.&nbsp And it is already successfully used in HUAYANG power plant project.

On the basis of different capacities and customers, we prepare two kinds of production process for our customers. The first named as one-step production process which is based-on fluidized bed calciner. The second is called drying and calcining two-step process, which adopts fluidized-bed as the calcining facility too.
