1).controlling core--MCU

The machine cut by ultrasonic,with MCU as its controlling core.And it is highly automatical at the width monitoring.The max standard cutting width is 3.2m,while the width of fabric is less then 3.2m,the machine would reduce the cutting range to avoid unnecessary loss.

vertical blinds,zebra blinds,jacquard curtain, zebra perde, sunscreen,shades/roller blinds,pannels,wiper cloth, Roman blinds,valance,drapery,awning,projector screen cloth, place mat.

3.ultrasonic box and Blade (pic)

1.Blade wheel and Ultrasonic Horn:This is a core part of ultrasonic system and cutting process,The blade wheel would get a loss after long time use,which may result in failure in cutting,however, must be replaced for high pressure may lead to disorder of ultrasonic system, Ultrasonic Horn which is processed specially with high abrasive resistance and hardness may also get a loss after long time use.This part need a fixing only if cutting fail after a replacement of blade,and we fix it by rubdown of the surface which touches blade.
