Performance feature:

1.The machine body structure adopt high quality steel pipe welding, with geometry frame structure, bearing strength is strong, little deformation and durable.

2. Adopt Taiwan HIWIN linear square guideway.Good stability,high accuracy,lower wastage. The X.Y.Z Axis use import high precision and lower wastage extended nut automatic disappear gap, rack gear with high precision, the Z axis use imported ball screw, high precision, lower knives accurately.

3.Spindle motor is domestic well-known brand of high power water cooled frequency conversion brushless motors, the noise is small, strong and free maintenance, continuous working, or optional Italy HSD air-cooled spindle

4.The control box adopts advanced CNC system, making it high stability. The highspeed subdivided engraver motor is installed to ensure low noise , non-polar speed change make the spindle revolving speed reach 18000r/min.

5.Having good software compatibility and can be compatible with Type3, Artcam, Castmate, wen tai and so on many kinds of CAD/CAM design software.

1. Rotary axis

Engraving on cylindrical materials. Please kindly tell us your cylindrical materials’ length and diameter. Then we can add right rotary axis to the machine, and quote you the right total price for you.

2. Vacuum table (contain vacuum pump and vacuum pipes)
Fixing the materials on the working table, especially for bigger working table.
After added vacuum table, the voltage will need to be 3 phase/380V.

3. Dust collector (contain dust collector pump and dust collector pipes)
Sucking away the dusts, such as wood dusks and so on.You can make the machine maintenance easily.

4. DSP controlling system

USB interface,you can control the machine offline.
