FEATURE:

A:Cotton is one of the high quality fiber that the rubber industry
uses nowadays. The cotton canvas is woven by cotton or cotton/polyester both in warp and
in weft, it is most widely used fabric in rubber industry, and its outstanding
merits are high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and good fatigue
resistance.

B:Conveyor belts with cotton canvas or canvas and polyester inside have the characteristics
of thin belt body, high tensile strength, good shock resistance, good
trough ability, high adhesion between plies, splendid flexibility and long
working life.

C:The Cotton Conveyor belt is normally used for carrying heavy and light material in both long and short distance, applying in different industry such as metallurgy, building site, power industry, dock, mineral industry.The Contton Conveyor is suitable for non-causticity granular, bulk, and powdery material with normal temperature condition.The layer among top and bottom cover are used heavy cotton canvas or vinylon cotton canvas.
