Preparation equipment

Ball mill:

Ball mill is one of grinding equipments; it is ideally suitable for grinding a variety of ores and other material, which is widely used in beneficiation, construction and chemical industries. Ball mill is widely used in cement industry, mining industry, building material, chemical industry etc. Ball mills have two ways of grinding: the dry way and the wet way. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different extracting way of mine. In mineral separation, only few high-grade ore can be smelt directly after crushing and screening. Most ores must be grinded to 0.1-0.074mm even more finer in order to be smelt. Grinding is an important procedure in mineral separation. It is better to use fine mill instead of coarse mill. In fine grinding, the general size of material is 65mm and the suitable size is less than 6mm.

Spiral Classifier

Spiral Classifier is widely used to control material size from Ball Mill in the beneficiation process, separate mineral sand and fine mud in the gravity concentration, and clean mud and water in washing mineral process. Spiral Classifier has features of simple structure, reliable and convenient operation, etc.
