Specification:

1. Material: SUS 304 and/or SUS 316.
2. Single layer or jacketed.
3. Heating: electric, steam, hot water, or gas heating.
4. Outer casing surface: Mirror polish / 2B / mat; Inner surface (bladder and tank): Mirror polish. Roughness: Ra≤0.4μm.
5. Insulating layer: Warm-keeping layer of polyurethane foaming ensures temperature variation of the liquid product in the tank controlled at the minimum.
6. Liquid level gauge: optional.
7. Thermometer: optional. Temperature indication ranges from 0 to 100ºC.
8. Agitation device: Paddle, Anchor, turbine or spiral agitator (optional).
9. CIP cleaning: T-shaped 360° rotational CIP cleaning ball.
10. Man-hole equipped.
