Integration process:

Y-level filters: compressed air to remove the oil and a small amount of water.

Cold and dry machine: compressed air to remove most of the water.

EP filter: precision compressed air to remove the oil.

Nitrogen generator: compressed air to isolate the high-purity N₂.

FP filter: remove the small dust.
