The JS series concrete mixer can work alone. The charging and discharging are controlled by labor.It also can depend on the automatic charging and discharging system, including cement silo, automatic batching machine, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, and air compressor, to finish it. That is a set of fully automatic concrete mixer. We call it concrete batching plant.

HZS serial concrete batching plantis a kind of equipment with high intensity and efficiency, and can be applied toproduce such kinds of concrete as plastic and stiff consistency concrete.

This mixing system’s mainframe uses JS serial double horizontal shaft compulsory mixer, and it adopts such latest controlling technology as electronic weighting system, computer controlling and digital display. Electronic weighting all has the device of cushion and the function of self-compensation, and it has high measurement accuracy.

The sand’s feeding system adopts flat-belt or miter-belt to feed materials, and sets up overhauling passage. It’s an ideal choice for large construction units to produce high-quality concrete.
