This iron ore briquette press is used to suqeeze the dry powders into the various shaped briquettes. After the raw materials are put into the hopper, they will be squeezed into the briquettes under the high pressure and temperature caused by the rotating rollers. The following is a list of part of the raw naterials:

Requirements for the raw materials:

1) size should be less than 5mm. If not you need a crusher.

2) moisture should be less than 15%. If not a dryer is necessary.

3) the materials should have some adhesion degree, so in most cases the binder is necessary.

If the materials are mixed with the binder, the moisture will go up. We can design the dryer for the final production. The whole process is like this:

1)dryer 2)crusher 3)mixer with the binder 4) briquetting 5)dryer

Working principle:

As the rollers rotate, the temperature and pressure will go up. Under the high pressure and temperature, the materials will be squeezed into the various shaped briquettes you want. The shape is decided by the holes' shape. Made of 9Cr2Mo, the rollers have quite long application life. The rotating speed can be adjusted and the rollers can be designed according to your requirements.

The final productions have the advantages of high density, hardness and strenght. So they are easy to transport and store. They are widely used in the refectory, metallurgy, power plant and other fields
