Working Principle

As picture shows when pre-loadingspiral rotates, it will press the materials into two press rollers forcibly through the feeding tube, the two press roller with

patterned reverse rotation compress thematerial and the material'smolding pressure increases gradually, the pressure reaches peak when the ball centerline

nest and center line of two press roller coincide. the material'smolding pressure decreases gradually after it get through the center line of two press roller ,the

finished ball billets are divorced from ball nest .
