The high pressure homogenizer is widely used in food, dairy products, beverage, medicine industry, refining chemical industry and biological technology.

As a high-press transfer pump.

The liquid change the powder after through this equipment to produce high press and pass the spraying drying, it is the important equipment for powder production.

It can usein other liquid homogenize, high-press transfer and high-press spray area.

Structure

It is made of machine body, transfer box, pump body, pressure watch, homogenizer, etc.

Vertical equipment, the motor equipped in the machine body, transfer box equipped up the machine body, pump body connect with the transfer box. Motor---belt---transfer box wheel shaft---big wheel shaft, the shaft through the connected band to bring the piston do up and down sport. The piston worked in the pump body form the extraction and press, then through the connection valve control the liquid form the pressure.

Use it as homogenize, should equip with homogenize machine, at this time, the liquid pressed into homogenize machine, through the special homogenize valve, the liquid is homogenize completely.
