Application:

For raw materials with heavy humidity which is above 12%, it is need to use this pipe dryer before further processing. It can reduce the moisture of the materials below 12% per time. It is composed by many round pipes, and the pipes can be changed to any angle to save space and solve plant dimension limitation.

Work principle:

Firstly, you can ignite fire in the stove by using wood waste, wood briquette or coal as the fuel, then turn on the Fans to attract the hot air which generated by the stove, at the same time please feed the sawdust into the feeding port. Afterthat the sawdust will be automatically attracted by the fan and mixed with the hot air inside the pipe. Fianlly the dried sawdust will be came out through the cyclone.
