Twin rotor continuous mixer can be classified by the rotor diameter and structure .The specifications of Rotor diameter are 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 110 mm, 120 mm, etc. Structure contains one or two mixing sections. Mixing section has two edges or triangular structure. Twin rotor continuous mixer have strong dispersive and mixing ability. soit is very suitable for making high fillers, and the material does not need to be pretreated through high speed mixer. There is less dust in the workplace and it has high output, low energy consumption, easy maintenance and washing.
