Features

The high-gradient magnetic separators adopts advanced technologies including high performance shield magnet technology; advanced stainless, magnetism gathering steel wool material; solid, liquid, air phase flowing film separation technology; low voltage, high current rectifier technology; PLC electric control technology; slurry floe, temperature & voltage testing technology, etc.

The complete set consist of five units, including magnetic separating machine (main unit), coil cooling system, rectifier power supply, pneumatic control system and overall electromechanical control system.

The magnetic field intensity is 2.2T, which is adjustable and magnetic gradient is also high.

PLC is used for the automatic control of all production process, enabling any adjustment in the process flow.

1. Yuanjia Paper Factory in Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province. In the bauxite Fe2O3 takes up 0.23%, yield rate reaches 80%.

2. Hancheng Kaolinite Factory in Shanxi province.

In the kaolinite Fe2O3 takes up0.85%, after the use of CRIMM separators, the Fe2O3 in the concentrates takes up 0.44%, yield rate reaches 89%.
