High Frequency Vacuum Wood Drying Machineis the result of design combining High frequency medium heating technology and Vacuum cryogenic dehydration technology. The working principle of HF medium heating: in the high frequency electrical filed, friction of medium molecule generates heat. Keeping the wood in the frequency electrical filed, thus the inside & outside of wood will be rapidly heating. Meanwhile, vaporizing temperature of water will be decreased under vacuum conditions.

DXHF vacuum wood machines adopts high frequency drying, inside and outside of wood timber is heated at same time,uniform heating,high speed drying,short timeandgood quality, which may keep the timber nature color, meanwhile,the timber is aerated under the vacuum environment, non-cracking,especially applied for the thick and hard precious wood, wet wood.

Advantages of high frequency vacuum wood machines:

1: Short drying cycle---HF kiln dryer greatly reduced drying time It does not require heat conduction, inside and outside of wood timber is heated at same time;During the heating process, there is staged temprature difference between inside and outside of wood timber,The vapor pressure difference caused by this surface and the interior temperature difference makes the interior moisture to move towards the surface. for this reason, the drying time is much more shorter than traditional ways

2: Good drying effect---hence the wood is drying under vacuum condition, this will decrease the drying tempreture.Wood drying at low temperature highly humid environment enable complete free from cracks & distortions as well as retain its hue & luster.Under connstant evenly heating there is not any cracking or bendind appeared. The moisture content of wood will be maintain a certain percent steadily after drying by hf kiln.

3: Easy Operation---HF kiln dryer is fully automatic, you just push the cart loaded with wood into the tank, close the tank, and press the start button. Operation is automatically performed in accordance to the preset program

4: Energy Saving---The input power is much lower than other drying machine
