High frequency induction heating forging principle:

The machine using the electromagnetic induction principle to non-contact way, heat the workpiece from a distance.

It has the advantages of high efficiency, heating speed, work continuously, small power consumption, temperature control easily,

small metal loss, not needing preheating, electric field and magnetic field intensity small, not interfering with the communication

and no effect to human body, and widely used in metal preheating, welding, heat treatment, melting, forging, etc.

The shortcomings of traditional induction heating equipment:

The power electronic devices of traditional induction heating equipment is the vacuum tube and fast thyristor.
