Through utilizing the high-frequency vibration, the vibratory hammer vibrates the pile at high speed and transfers the vertical vibration produced by the machinery to the pile, which changes the soil structure around the pile because of the vibration, reduces the strength, and liquefies the soil around the pile. Then the frictional resistance of the pile and soil is reduced and it is sunk into the soil with the vibration pile sinking and pile weight. The pile is extracted under high-frequency vibration when extracting the pile. For vibration pile sinking, if it is slow when meeting the hard soil, you can adopt the pressurizing sinking with the large arm or raise the pile, and then re-rush rapidly. The excitation force of the piling machinery should be comprehensively confirmed according to the soil layer, soil texture and pile structures of the site. It is mainly suitable for the U-type steel sheet pile, I-shaped steel sheet pile, Larsen pile, steel pipe pile and cement precast pile within 10M. This kind of pile sinking method is optimal for the operation in sand soil and the operation effect is relatively bad in the clay.
Clay layer:
For the clay layer, the vibratory operation damages the former soil structure, which changes the soil density, decreases the cohesive force, improves the sensitivity and increases the resistance around the pile. If necessary, the interflow acceleration or the machine with relatively large power can be used.
Sand layer:
For the sand layer, the vibratory operation damages the combination of soil grains to produce liquefaction, which reduces the resistance of the soil around the pile and the pile itself, so as to be convenient to the pile sinking. However,for the compact sand layer and fine sand layer with incompact structure, the vibration effect will be reduced because of the soil characteristics. The differentvibration output can be used at this time.
