Introduction Of Dry Mortar:

1. In contrast to job-site mortars, dry mortar is also called pre-mixed mortar, which is produced in the factory with dedicated facilities on batching and blending of ingredients in highly-controlled process. It can be used directlt just by adding water in job site.

2. It has advantages of consistent quality, controlled inventory, saving time and labor costs. By adding different chemical additives, it has fine properties of bond, thermal and acoustic insulation, crack-resistance, workability, water-retention, wear-proof, anti-corrosion, etc.

3. Dry mortar can match different kinds of new construction materials by improving formulation. These good properties not only improve buliding's quality and life greatly, but also decrease the usage of mortar in a large degree.

4.The demand for dry mortar has increased rapidly due to its outstanding merit comparing with the mortar made in job-site.

The approximate work process of the plant is as follows:

According to requirements of the customers, the system can be equipped with 3-6 bulk storage bins, the material in which will, after being processed by the metering and batching system, be conveyed to pending-for-mixing bin, and then fed into the high-efficiency biaxial agravic mixer for continuous mixing. The finished product in conformity with mixing accuracy requirements can be sent to the finished products bin shortly after mixed.

Environmental friendly:

1.To solve the dust product during the dry powder mortar production, different dedusting systems are a dopts in different positions. The dedusting system of the drying equipment adopts the pulsed jet cloth filter, the powder collected can be recycled, realizing zero release.High efficient screening system. Different screening machines are adopted in different steps, which can effectively improve the energy utilization and screening efficiency.

2.The raw sand can be sent into the drying equipment only after separating the large aggregate by the trommel screen. Itcan effectively reduce the failure rate of the drying equipment and improve the energy utilization.

3.After separating the materials over criteria by the vibrating screen, the dry sand will be lifted to the top of the silo by the bucket elevator, hen process the sand by the vibrating classification screen, ensuring the strict grading of the mortar.

Introducing advanced technology, weightless biaxial slurry leaf mixer or imported uniaxial pear-type mixer features high precision and fast speed, low energy consumption and sealing operation.

Dedusting system:

All powdery materials is in process under the closed state, while feeding, batching, scaling, adding, discharging and packaging. Fully closed mixing unit can reduce pollution of dust and noise to the environment effectively.

Control systems:

Computer control of automatic and manual make the operation simple and convenient Dynamic Panel show the running of components, store a variety of data, Print various statement according to requirement.

Drying systems:

Adopt three-cylinder dryer in drying system, with high efficiency and low energy consumption.

After-sale service:

100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the machines for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish. If any parts (excluding wearing parts) are founds defective (exclude that caused by person's wrong usage) in quality in the first year, the seller shold replace free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.
