Application

TheGBSseries high-efficient sugarcoating and film coating equipment is mainly used in the pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries. PRINCIPLE

The tablet cores to be film coated make continuous complicated orbital motion within the closed rotating drum under the action of a streamline guide plate. During the movement, coating medium is automatically sprayed according to the technological process and rational technological parameters assigned, coating, So that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of tablet cores, thus forming a solid and smooth surface film.

2. The case, coating dram, heat-air supplying cabinet and spray devices as well as every part in contact with medicine are wholly made of stainless steel.
