Single drive roller press operating principle

Adopting high pressure material bed smash principle, it is the same with dual drive roller press. One is the fixed roller, the other one is action roller. The speed of two axises is the same and relatively operating. The materials enter into through upper feeding mouth, which is smashed by high pressure extrusion between two rollers gap. The difference is that single drive roller press transfers power just through fixed roller, only one main motor., the installation power of which lowers over 45% than dual drive roller press’s. Action roller movement is transferred by fixed roller through dentition to reach complete synchronization. That solves the drawback of severe wear that is caused by two roller’s sliding.. Regulating system adoptscombined spring and mechanical regulator, so failure rate is low.
