1. Features of rotary lime kiln

2). In order to improve machinery automation, an industrial computer is used for showing the calcining condition, and a fluorescent screen is adopted for showing the simulated process flows. An infrared scanner is utilized for transmitting the calcining condition to the computer.
3).These new technologies provide our rotary kiln with strong visual sense, convenient operation and reliable performance. They help stabilize thermal regulation and improve operation efficiency.

2. Application of rotary lime kiln

1. ) rotary lime kiln is mainly used to calcining cement clinker, including two types ,drying production cement kiln and wetting production cement kiln .

2). The rotary lime kiln is mainly used for baking poor iron magnetization, chromium, and nickel iron oxide in metallurgy industry ;alumina bauxite mine in refractory and clinker ,aluminum hydroxide in aluminum plant ; chrome ore sand and powder and other ore materials in the chemical plant

3). rotary Lime kiln (active lime kiln ) is used for backing active lime and light-burned dolomite in steel plants and aluminum plants

Rotary kiln refers to rotary calcining kiln (commonly known as rotary kiln) which belongs to material building equipment. Rotary kiln according to processing different materials can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln. Cement kiln is the major equipment of dry and wet cement clinker production lines. Rotary kiln is widely used in metallurgical, chemical, refractory construction, environmental protection and other industries. The rotary kiln composed by the cylinder, bearing devices, devices with a gear wheel bearing, gear, activities, kiln, kiln seals, coal burner unit and other components.
