Introduction of thickener :
Thickener is mainly used forconcentrating of fine and tailings pulp. its structure is simple ,torsion is large, standardization level is high. Adopting intelligent control, can test the running resistance random , adjust the running state. It can realize stepless speed control (hydraulic or inverter), in order to adapt to ore pulp works are of different concentration and proportion .Kefan Heavy Industry developed efficient thickener ,sludge thickener, drum thickener, multi-function extraction thickener ,are widelyused in metallurgy, mining, chemical, ceramics, coal and other industries.
Working principle of thickener:
Thickener is a new generation of efficient subsidence concentrating equipment developed based on the theory of" in shallow subsidence " . The device combines the advantages of the ordinary oblique tube thick box and deep cone thickener: small footprint, high subsidence efficiency, row of ore at high concentrations. Peripheral transmission thickener is large thickener, generally use such peripheral transmission , the roller wheel is slipping when overload,and does not require special safety devices, the pond usually is concrete structures. The motor is powered by a collector device in the center bearing . Small friction of roller,when track is icing or overload, the roller wheel will slip, so it does not apply to environmental conditions of cold icing region and large, high concentration of the pulp.
Twelve advantages of thickener:
1.Centre deeper into the material, advection settlling, reduce sedimentation height,reduce the kinetic energy of the solid particles, and rake link structure to reduce the interference of particle sedimentation, accelerated process of thickener hematocrit, processing capacity can be increased by 30 ~ 50%, if add a flocculant, can also increase processing capability substantially.
2.The bottom of the pool has three angle , easily for scraping settlement materials, civil economy is good.
3.With center mixing device, the underflow concentration increased, material don't consolidate in aggregate cone pit .
4.The hydraulic automaticly paragraphing lifting rake , action of lifting rake is reliably .
