2. Structural Composition of Snthetic Mullite Rotary Kiln

Rotary Kiln is composed of Cylinder, Gears, Supporting Device, Kiln Liner and Kiln Tail Sealing Equipment, Kiln Head Hood and Combustion.

3. Working Principle of Snthetic Mullite Rotary Kiln

Cylinder is made of high-quality carbon steel plate. As the heated rotating part, Cylinder is supported on the supporting device by tyres. And there is machanical or hydraulic pressure catch-wheel on one or several gears in oder to control the turning of cylinder.

By the gear rings in the middle of cylinder, gears drive the Cylinder to rotating with the speed under technical design requirement.

Because of the need of installation or maintenance, the big size rotary kiln has auxiliary gears, which make cylinder rotates at low speed.

In order to prevent cold air comes into cylinder and the leaking of gas and dust, the reliable kiln tail and head sealing equipment are installed onte he feeding and discharging end.

4. Feature of Snthetic Mullite Rotary Kiln

*Supporting Device:

advanced main shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating device.

*Catch-wheel:

mechanical wheel or hydraulic thrust wheel

hydraulic thrust wheel is equiped with advanced hydraulic controlling system.

rotating speed is under control of adjustable-speed motor, DC motor, or frequency adjustable-speed motor.
